Governo Lula amplia proposta de reajuste para 9,5% para servidores federais da educação

BRASÍLIA, DF (FOLHAPRESS) – O governo do presidente Luiz Inácio Lula da Silva (PT) fez nesta sexta-feira (19) uma contraproposta a técnicos e servidores da educação para 2025 e 2026 em numa nova mesa de negociação.
Para o ano que vem, o governo aumentou a proposta de reajuste de 4,5% para 9,5%. E para 2026, saiu de 4,5% para 3,5%. Além disso, os pagamentos já seriam feitos em janeiro de 2026, não em maio, como é praxe. O governo também acolheu a maioria dos pedidos para reestruturação da carreira.

A proposta foi feita em reunião de lideranças sindicais no Ministério da Gestão e Inovação com integrantes do governo. Em frente à sede da pasta estavam integrantes da categoria em protesto.

Do lado do Executivo estiveram presentes o secretário-executivo-adjunto da Educação, Gregório Grisa, e o secretário de Gestão de Pessoas, José Celso Cardoso.

Também participaram representantes da Fasubra (Federação de Sindicatos de Trabalhadores Técnico-administrativos em Instituições de Ensino Superior Públicas do Brasil) e do Sinasefe (Sindicato Nacional dos Servidores Federais da Educação Básica, Profissional e Tecnológica).

De acordo com o governo, há 220 mil pessoas nesta carreira.

“A gente colocou na mesa agora, para avaliação das entidades, para apreciação dos sindicatos, uma proposta de reajuste que representa um avanço expressivo, quando comparada à proposta que o governo fez ainda no final do ano, que era de 4,5% em 2025, 4,5% em 2026”, disse Grisa.

“A gente traz a proposta agora, inclusive adiantando para o mês de janeiro de 2025, já ter 9% em 2025. Então a gente dobra a proposta feita anteriormente para essa carreira de técnicos administrativos”, completou.

Ao final da reunião, os secretários do governo falaram com jornalistas sobre a proposta. À tarde, a mesa de negociação será com professores.

Docentes de universidades, centros de educação tecnológica e institutos federais das cinco regiões do Brasil entraram em greve no último dia 15, após o governo não prever reajuste às categorias.

Eles exigem aumento salarial de 22%, a ser dividido em três parcelas iguais de 7,06% -a primeira ainda para este ano e outras para 2025 e 2026.

De acordo com balanço de quinta-feira (18) da Andes-SN (Sindicato Nacional dos Docentes das Instituições de Ensino Superior), há 24 instituições paralisadas e outras 11 com indicativo de greve. Já a Fasubra diz que 66 das 69 instituições aderiram à greve.
