‘Meu amor foi assassinado’: cão que ia para Mato Grosso vai para o Ceará após erro da Gol

Um cachorro da raça Golden Retriever de cinco anos morreu durante um transporte aéreo realizado pela Gollog, empresa da companhia aérea Gol, após uma falha operacional durante o embarque do animal de estimação. O pet foi transportado em um avião diferente do que levava o seu tutor. A ocorrência foi registrada na segunda-feira, 22.

Por meio das redes sociais, o tutor de Joca, João Fantazzini, lamenta a perda, assim como responsabiliza a Gol pela fatalidade. “Você é o amor da minha vida, desculpe por qualquer coisa. Eles precisam pagar. Mataram meu filho”, publicou nos stories do Instagram. “Você me ensinou o que é um amor verdadeiro, o que é empatia e o verdadeiro significado de parceira e amor! Minha saudade vai ser diária!”

“Você foi embora meu amor, e saiba que tudo que me ensinou eu vou levar para minha vida”, publicou Fantazzini, no seu próprio perfil.

De acordo com a empresa aérea, Joca deveria ter seguido para Sinop, em Mato Grosso, no voo 1480 de segunda-feira, a partir do Aeroporto de Guarulhos, na Grande São Paulo, porém, o animal foi embarcado em um voo para Fortaleza, no Ceará.

“Assim que o tutor chegou em Sinop, foi notificado sobre o ocorrido e sua escolha foi voltar para Guarulhos para reencontrar o Joca. A Gol lamenta profundamente o ocorrido e se solidariza com a dor do seu tutor”, disse a companhia.

A empresa esclarece que a equipe da Gollog, em Fortaleza, desembarcou o pet e se responsabilizou por cuidar dele até o embarque no voo 1527 de volta para Guarulhos.

“Mandaram ele para Fortaleza, que nem o meu destino era. Ele ficou dentro da caixa no sol de 40 graus e ainda voltou para Guarulhos. Um voo de 2 horas que se tornou 10 horas para ele”, criticou o tutor, por meio das redes sociais.

“Neste período, foram enviados para o tutor registros do Joca sendo acomodado de volta na aeronave. Infelizmente, logo após o pouso do voo no aeroporto de Guarulhos, vindo de Fortaleza, fomos surpreendidos pelo falecimento do animal”, disse a Gol.

A empresa acrescenta que está oferecendo todo o suporte necessário ao tutor e a apuração dos detalhes do ocorrido está sendo conduzida com prioridade.

Nas redes sociais, muitos internautas se manifestaram sobre o assunto, criticando a falha ocorrida pela companhia aérea.
